Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your vinyl collection and orders.
How do you package vinyl records for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with additional cardboard stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened records?
To ensure quality for all collectors, we only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed records within 30 days. If a record is defective or skips due to a manufacturing error, please contact us for a replacement.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can monitor your package's progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.
What does the 'Grade' of a record mean?
We follow the Goldmine Standard for grading. Most items in our store are 'Mint' or 'Near Mint' unless otherwise stated in the product description for rare or vintage pressings.
