Joseph Williams is the current singer of Toto and 'Denizen Tenant' has that real Toto feel to it. The album features fellow band members David Paich and Steve Lukather and a cast of all-star musicians like Simon Phillips, Nathan East, Michael Landau, Jeff Babko, Lenny Castro and his daughter Hannah Ruick.
